I needed Hi-lites and cut,and I wanted somewhere close to home. I went first to check out the salon and was greeted by Ricki who was friendly and very helpful. I booked my appointment with her. I read the reviews before going in and was a little nervous as there was a few negative reviews from a few years ago that were still up. I took a chance and went with the positive reviews I read. Wow!Best hi-lites I have ever had and Ricki was great! There was about 5 stylists working and the salon was very busy and yet it was very relaxing and such a positive experience. Try Ricki, you won't be disappointed.

I like going to Uptown, I finally found a hair salon I love to go. All the staff is very nice however Ricki is amazing, she gave me a makeover with a very hot haircut. Will recommend anyone who would like to renew themselves.

Found color and cut average. Price is not in line with results. Price based on top of line salon.

I truly love this Salon and find that they do a great job in highlighting and cutting. Justina and Harisa are amazing. I've tried other salons and nothing compares in the quality of the cut and colour.

I've been there several time over the past couple of years. It's better than other places in Oakville. You can give it a try .... staff is friendly ... the salon is very clean. If they are not busy, then you will be for sure satisfied with the haircut.

I have been a client of uptown for 3 years now and love everything about it. The staff is friendly and i always leave 100% satisfied. I get colour/cut and my manicure, pedicure there and always look forward to my appointments :)

I have lived in Oakville for 9 years. Have always had trouble finding a good hairdresser. After trying different places in Oakville, I finally found Uptown and was completely satisfied. Been to a few places since, but I always go back. Everyone is very nice, atmosphere is great. Have had Lina (she's terrific) and Heresa (she's great too).
My friend has been going to Ilena, and another friend to Peter and they are both very happy.

The girls at uptown are great. I had my hair and pedicure done for the first time there and felt like a queen. They took care of all my needs and my hair and feet look great :)

Well then maybe you should take your business ELSEWHERE! I've been a client for years and am always 100% satisfied with my hair. The staff are also VERY friendly and make you feel very welcome :) ..I highly recommend the girls at Uptown Hair Studio.

The staff here are very rude, they do not cut/dye your hair the way you want, but the way that is easiest for them.

I have gone here a few times because it is closest to my house, and every time I go, I never feel comfortable.

And now I have to go to school and work with the worst hair anyone has ever seen.
