I had a great experience today with a customer service rep at head office. I told her my situation with my via points and my last booked ticket and she is going to fix everything. Thank goodness!! What a relief! Thanks so much!

I particularly enjoyed travelling across the country on Via Rail. Riding the train is an excellent way to meet customers from every walk of life. The trip can get a little long if you're doing much province hopping, but it's something I would recommend you do at least once.
