Has cut my cocker spaniel's hair for past 12 years. Now that he is in his later years they are very accommodating to his "older dog" needs. Thank you very much for the continued great service!

This pet grooming center is courteous and understanding of pets with specific needs. They are flexible in the delivery of their service and are their groomers will accommodate pets with special needs. Our "Barley" had been abused at a previous center and thanks to the gentle touch and soothing voice of his groomer Heather, he is once again a happy dog who looks forward to his session at this center. We are grateful to the caring staff of Wags to Whiskers, we are never worried when we leave our dog with them.

After trying two other salons, our Havanese Sally settled into Wags to Whiskers without any issues. They always do exactly what we ask for, and she looks wonderful when we pick her up. Thank you for working with a scared little rescue dog and helping us turn her into the beauty she is now!

At WTW, in the reception area, there are numerous award winning ribbons displayed. This is a true reflection of the skills and quality of the groomers WTW employs. I find all the staff to be very friendly and helpful and I feel confident Bailey is in caring hands when I drop him off. For me, what speaks loudest is the reaction I get from Bailey when I mention Corie's name. He is always very excited to see her and he seems to know that this is going to be his day at the spa and that he will be treated lovingly. Great service and a happy pooch. That works for me.

I had been taking my little pom x to this shop for a couple years and his cuts were always wonderful...on my last two visits his cuts changed, I was not happy, the first time I was disappointed and thought it was just a bad day...the second time he came out with the same horrible cut...on this occasion I did say that I was not happy..the owner became very annoyed and abrupt with me..I had never complained before and she was outright rude and blamed me for cutting his face on the previous visit...I did not do this, nor did I ask for it to be done..when I pointed this out, I was cut off and she walked away...wont be going back.

We are taking both our dogs (Moxie and Fabio) to Shaunna and we are absolutely impressed! Not only they are doing a great grooming job but they also treat all pets like their own! The staff is very friendly and helpful and they always try to accommodate your needs.Both our dogs love going there.After all, it is a day at the spa for them!

We have been taking our twin girls to Shaunna since they were just little puppies. Having owned dogs for almost 40 years now, and been to a plethora of groomers during that time,we have found Shaunna and her staff at WTW the best, which is why we keep going back. We're very picky when it comes to groomers for our puppies and we have never been disappointed. They're the best!

I have been taking my girls to see Shawna for almost 20 years now. We started by taking Bronte to Shawna's home and then Shawna's business grew and we went with her. Shawna is an international award winning groomer and she lives up to that title every time I take my dogs in to see her. She is simply outstanding! She can do any dog breed and can do the mutts (I have one) too. Shawna's outfit is very professional and her people all love the dogs that come in. 2 years before Bronte died I took her into Wags To Whiskers fairly regularly and they treated her like gold. They were so gentle and kind to her and I never had a worry. So,when I moved out to Springbank, I continued to take my 2 remaining dogs to them even though it's quite a trek from where I live. I trust them with my precious bundles because that's how they treat them. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I looked long and hard for a groomer like this. My dogs, Sadie and Major, Maltese/Poodles have never looked so good. They love to go and "visit" Cathy. They always smell so good and are happy when we pick them up. Great Place.

Gidget has been going to Whags to Whiskers for over 10 years.. the Staff are fantastic, and the service is wonderful. She always comes home looking great.

i am so glad i found this place. the groomers are one of a kind, all so sweet and caring. they treat the animals like they were children. will use their services for as long as they are around
