We as your weightloss coaches are here to keep you real and keep you on track. Our passion is to motivate and talk to the clients about the food and any emotion that comes with it. Anyone that tells you that Weight is a eating issue are very incorrect in making such a statement. Weight is a combination of a state of mind ( unhappy or stressful) and the food is used to medicate yourself to make you feel good. Therefore our job is to help you to get in touch with that side of the issue and make sense out of it. Our job is also to help change and modify behaviors when it comes to food. This program is guaranteed to make you lose the weight naturally and healthy. Our Companies main objective is for clients to lose the weight The program is broken down in three parts as follows: Weightloss, Stabilization and Maintenance.
Once a client is finished with our program they will be strong enough to be able to maintain their weight on their own. This will be a lifestyle change.
Our program has been approved by two local Doctors and we have a Registered Dietician on staff. We also have a Certified Personal trainer.
