I have purchased my crematorium objects, such as my urn, burial plot, plus all other needed things, that I obviously don't know a thing about, but have been helped all along the way by the staff of White Chapel Memorial Gardens, and have had a great experience as they were so helpful to me. The only thing I can complain about is that I never heard anything from them, even when I wanted to!
