I went to Winchesters to look for my dress in October of 09. Maureen was the attendant to me and she is the best! She knew exactly what I wanted and read my mind! It is January 24th and now my dress is in.

Don't expect your dress to arrive overnight, especially if you are requesting a bit of of change from the original dress. And, these women will not try and sell you a dress that looks terrible on you. Half of the dresses I really though I wanted and would look good in, looked terrible and they got me to try them on just to show me the difference between then and the one Maureen showed me.
