In Short, Great Experience, associate was awesome and not pushy, bought my wedding dress. (Read below for details)

I was skeptical to go to Windsor Bridal after reading some of the reviews but my mom really wanted to go so I gave it a shot but with expectations in the back of my mind. I had been to two other stores prior, one in Ajax, which was great but very small. The other was in Leaside, Toronto, call Bridal & Beyond. My first appointment there was great, the second was very poor. The sales associate grabbed the dresses I wanted but then left me to try them all on myself. My mom sister and I left very quick off to Windsor Bridal. There we signed into a waiting list and in about 30 minutes I was called. (It was a Sunday afternoon.) I was greeted by an associate who at first I thought was going to rush me in and out. She did not. She asked me what kind of dresses I liked and took me to a rack where she though I would find my "fun and different" dress. I pulled maybe 10 dresses and she didn't say anything about the limit. She helped me in and out of every dress, was not pushy, told me they all looked nice but not over board trying to sell. In the middle of the fitting she could tell what I was liking and not liking and told me to hang on and went and got another dress. She came back and put me in the most ugliest dress for me ever!!!! My sister and mom told me to take it off so fast, it was a nice dress, just not for me. So then she said, "hang on, I thought of another one," even though I had more in the change room to try on. She came back and zipped me into the most beautiful dress ever that had EVERYTHING I was looking for. My mom and sister liked it but didn't go over board, the associate also said it was nice but did not push which I appreciated. They wanted me to react and I did not want to try anything else on. That was the one. It was a great experience and I would go back again. I did not meet the owner so I could not comment on him but my associate was great.
