I just purchased a new 2012 car from the Woodbine Toyota. My customer service was excellent.At no point did I feel pressure to buy.I did look at several cars new & used. Not knowing what car I would pruchas I did ask tons of questions.My sales rep's name is/was David Guo. I found David to be very knowledgeable courteous and above all worked with me to find a car I was happy with and in my price range. I have had follow up e-mails from David to ensure my satisfaction is still in tact since my purchas on Saturday of last week.
I would highly recommend David Guo as your sales rep should you need a new/used car at Woodbine Toyota. So far I am very impressed with the servive provided by my Toyota dealer.

Brought my rx8 in for alignment - despite having to wait a little longer to get the car into the shop both the shop foreman and GM kept me updated and apologized for the delay (enjoyed the free coffee and hung around the nice waiting area). The work they did on the car was excellent, took care to ensure things were done right and kept me informed of all the work that was done. Allowed me to test drive the vehicle after work was completed to ensure things were done as per my request. Have recommended this shop to others and will continue to go in the future !
