I had a fire in my house May 20 2008. It is now October 16 and I am still not finished with the claim. Woodhouse contracted outside people to do the work. They were Smithcreek Contracting and they took 2 months to do my roof. Woodhouse did not see any urgency to have me back in my house. I was homeless for 2.5 months with a 6 month old baby...bouncing around to whereever my family could stay. Now all they want is for me to sign a paper saying that the insurance money should be forwarded to them...that is all they care about now. I am so dissatisfied it is unbelieveable...Words cant even explain. I have had nothing but problems...and am not getting attitude from Woodhouse. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
