whatever you asked through email, they would just give you general answers copied directly from the website! the woman picked up my phone was rude and impatient! she said that she didn't receive any docs from me but canadapost website just shows that someone received it on behalf of their company! then i was directed to customer services but there's no one answering the phone and ask me to leave message and they will call back, but they never did!

My friend had to have her high school transcripts from another country looked at by professionals to see if they were equivalent to Canadian standards.

We obtained a business card for this company and we headed down to get things sorted out.
I was very disappointed with the service. The woman we spoke to was very rude and treated my friend like and idiot because she has an accent and is an immigrant. She told us information that was misleading and confusing not only to my friend, but to myself. My friend kept asking me if I was confused as well, or if it was a language barrier, but I was having as much trouble as she was.

In the beginning of the process, my friend was told what forms she would need to have in order for the evaluation to take place. She had to struggle to get her documents from back home, and after a long struggle, finally had them sent to Canada. When they arrived, they were in a sealed envelope just like we were told, and ready to go. She paid the ridiculously high price, and it was only then that we were informed that she would need to have translations made of all the documents. We had assumed that the company would have taken care of that service as well since the documents were supposed to be sealed, but instead we were forwarded to another company, and greated with yet another high price. My friend ended up going with a private translation service and paying alot less. During the process, they kept telling her that she would need more documents, but eventually, after many phone calls, they settled with what she had.

The entire process was time consuming, inconvenient, and confusing. I cannot imagine what it would be like for someone with little understanding of the english language. It was overly complicated and made me infuriated. They way the woman treated my friend was absolutely terrible. No adult should ever be spoken to as if they were a child.

PROS:
At least it was finished in the end.

CONS:
Just about everything.
