Sure, it's not the most glamorous looking office and the male doctor can sometimes seem a bit brazen, but bottom line--they know what they're doing (and the price is very reasonable too). I am VERY happy with my results, my legs look AMAZING. I actually (stupidly) tried another clinic in the same area a few months back (I was seduced by it's shoo-shoo style office and good customer service), but my God, they didn't do ANYTHING for my legs--in fact, they just took my money and made the very tiny ones I had even worse! Let's just say, I ran back to Yorkville Vein Clinic and will not bother looking back....

I have been going to Yorkville Vein Clinic for many years and could not be happier with their service. I had previously tried a few other clinics or drs to treat my varicose and spider veins, but no one is as good and fast as the staff at Yorkville Vein! They are thorough and make the experience as pleasant as it is possible. In the Spring and Fall they are busier than other times and there is the occasional delay, as in every Dr or dentist office I have gone to (at my dermatologist I wait 3 to 5 times more in fact, each visit!) Overall I am usually in and out so fast and happy, happy, happy! They are also a lovely group of people that really care about their patients. I have recommended many friends and family members throughout the years and will continue to do so.

I was really surprised to find any negative comments on the internet, this must be a person who was having a bad day! Who know what happened, but that does not sound like the same clinic I go to. I don't normally write reviews on the internet, but really felt compelled this time!

My consultation appointment was delayed by 35 minutes and then I was 'forgotten' in the treatment room for 20 minutes before the doctor or nurse came in...
My second appointment was booked after my ultrasound results came in and I arrived on time only to wait another 30 minutes, which at that time I had to leave because I booked it during my lunch hour. The receptionist could only tell me that they were very busy as this is the busy season (Spring. So if it's so busy then why overbook your appointments? Needless to say I was not the only one that day to walk out...a man was 'forgotten' in the treatment room this day too and he had to return to work!
My last and final appointment was quick and to the point but I felt like everyone was trying to make up for bad service...the best though is that the receptionists didn't have a clue - telling a new patient at the desk to just have a seat and the doctor would call her...should have been me but I had already sat down??? Upon exiting, the doctor gave me a copy of my results for referal and again the receptionist not knowing what was happening told me to call in and we could book my appointment, which both the doctor and I turned to her and said that isn't necessary because I am a referal...it's a good thing i don't have to return!!

This is probably the worst service I have ever experienced at a doctor's office. The women at the front desk have misplaced my file; they have marked down my appointments on the wrong days; they never say they are sorry. I tried getting them to write a letter for my insurance and they keep messing it up. Not to mention phone calls not returned...

I have been going to the Yorkville vein clinic for a few months now, i had minor veins on my legs that were too noticible luckly i went in to take care of the issue before it got worse with age. i am going for i believe my last session on Saturday, the staff is very friendly, professional and patient. I enjoy my visits there, felt confortable and the results were amazing, i barely have any noticible veins left, after my session on saturday i should be all clear, i went three times. Prices are very reasonable too.
