They are terrible at customer service. Long story short, they screwed up one of my bridesmaids dress order by ordering the completely wrong size. Which would have been fine if they had apologized, offered some sort of compensation for the extra headaches and trips from out of town, etc. But not even a simple apology. Because the bridesmaid dresses came in late to begin with (double the amount of time they told me) there was less than a month for them to get a rush shipment for another dress. The new dress came only a few days before the wedding and my bridesmaid had to take time off work as soon as they called her so she could have her fittings (which they said would be free, and then decided that they weren't). They acted as though it was no big deal that my bridesmaid was just getting her dress 2 days before the wedding and felt that no compensation was due to anyone but them. Talk about an unnecessary headache!!
In my many times in the store before my wedding I saw countless brides that were upset with the dress store, but I thought they must be over-reacting about something silly. I shouldn't have been so naive.
