this salon has the potential of being very good. However the staff is simply not interested. The permanent colour I had began to fade in a week and in 2 weeks was gone. I am guessing the stylist chose the wrong type and created a semi permanent. The staff at the front desk was on facebook the whole time i was there while i watched people come and go looking at products to buy at the front of the store. I thought I would look for a salon 'closer to home' and decided the trip was well worth it to go outside of Richmond. Very dissapointed.
