AYA Kitchens

We don’t know where to begin. We had such a wonderful experience in our dealings with Aya Kitchens. The moment we walked into the showroom with photos of our old kitchen and measurements, Jeff indicated that he wanted to make our kitchen “more efficient”. He did just that. Jeff provided the basics for his new design and worked with us over several weeks to fine-tune it to the point where we were completely satisfied. He was very patient with us. We never once felt rushed into making decisions. He recognized that this was a big purchase for us and waited patiently until we were ready to proceed.

After such a positive experience with Jeff, we were concerned that the installation might be lacking. Nothing could be further from the truth. There were a few problems such as the cabinet above the refrigerator was not delivered and a couple of the cabinet doors had nicks. Dave and Lonnie, who looked after us after the installation of the cabinets, acknowledged our concerns and attended to them in a timely fashion. We were advised that the doors for the cabinet over the refrigerator would take longer to be delivered than the cabinet itself. Rather than wait for both the cabinet and doors to be delivered, as soon as the cabinet arrived it was installed. When the doors were delivered a short time later, a special trip was made to install them as well. There were other instances where I considered that Lonnie went above and beyond our expectations to assist us with matters that arose unrelated to the installation itself. Our satisfaction seemed to be Aya’s primary objective.

We are delighted with our new kitchen! Thanks so much to Jeff, Lonnie, Dave and the whole Aya team for making our kitchen renovation a very positive experience.

We had a kitchen installed by them. I took a long time to decide to go ahead with the reno. The designer was very patient with me. She came to the house and gave a few design options. She listened to what I wanted and had great ideas. She knew what to order so the layout would look awesome. We did the demolition which kept the cost down (which was important for us). I had always assumed buying cabinets from a kitchen store compared to big box stores would be way more money but it wasn't. The custom cabinets meant that they fit properly into the space without lots of spacer panels. We got the higher cabinets, laminate countertop and installation with a 1 year warranty on the cabinets for a good price.

I had my house built and aya kitchens was used for my kitchen cabinetry, after I moved in the cupboards didn't seem right but I thought it was my mistake until I decided one day to go and grab the examples at the model home and compare the level 2 it looked like vs. The level 4 I payed for and sure enough it was the 2 I received. I have been after there service rep for over 3 months now and they still haven't given me an answer on what will be done about my cupboards. They keep saying next week or just ignore my emails all all together. Over all I am not satisfied with there service!

I just wanted to let you know that the installer has come and gone and did a wonderful job. He was a very professional and friendly person – a complete pleasure to deal with.

The kitchen looks amazing!! It was fantastic that the installer was
able to finish it in one day. I cannot wait to see it finalized with
all appliances and counter top. the under sink garbage cans are very
handy too.

Just wanted to thank you and your company for looking after us and installing a kitchen that we are now really enjoying. As with any new kitchen, especially when the functionality and lay-out has been changed, it does take time to get used to. By now we have figured out where everything is and enjoy the additional work space. The counter top is awesome for cleaning. And the overall look is what we were looking for.

We slowly got used to working with the gas stove and now would not want to change back to electric.

Overall we are very satisfied. Thanks again for a great design. Please pass my comments on to the management of your franchise.
