"Be careful dealing with this business! I bought a dog carrier for a dog my mom rescued from Pet Lovers. Turned out the carrier was too small, so I went in to return it. They were extremely rude and didn't want to give me a refund or anything. I pointed out to them that there is no policies posted anywhere (not even on the receipt) other than about you..."
