We recently had a problem with our garage door. One of the cables had rusted and snapped. My wife and I thought we might need a new door. I called Dodd’s Door. Not only did they arrive on time, the technician fixed our existing garage door and the door opener, which hadn’t worked in almost a year. All (garage door and opener) well below what I thought I’d have to pay for just the garage door. The honesty and great service was refreshing. Thanks for doing a great job.

Great service from thye moment I contacted them looking for a quote. They called back promptly and came to the home and made valuable recommendatuions as we were looking at the window inserts also. Matt the installer was very professional and quiet. My door opener was taken down and moved to fit new door. I had called a few others for quotes but they only replied via email and even the phone call with the others was vague like they wern't interested. Dealing with someone who cares is important and looking out for you and not their own interests is a nice touch.

Last week I called about a problem with my garage door. I was advised by one of your technicians to try some trouble shooting to see if a call was really necessary. I tried it and it worked. Needless to say I am very happy and I wish to commend your company for not simply scheduling an expensive service call as many other companies would have done.
