They dont try to contact home owner. Just put sticker
on door. Home both times. Didnt knock or ring bell

This is the worst company I have ever experienced. The customer service person does not know how to deal customer and dont know how to resolve a simple issue.

Missed original delivery but rec'd call and discussed options. Very friendly and helpful - a hidden gem in Ayr.

Missed 2 delivery attempts and was advised that package would be returned to shipper! Called 1-800 number on weigh bill and customer service made arrangement to hold package for pick up. Called local office in Ayr. No worries office is open until 6:30 - 7:00pm - come on by.

Very helpful in avoiding a shipping tragedy!
