"John Esinga of Windmill Design did our mechanical drawings, charged us more that what the original price was, then didn't return our calls after we paid him and the city rejected our drawings until a week later. Then tried to charge us an addtional fee of $600 after we paid him $900 for another set of drawings when a HVAC mechanic told us the drawings..."
