really disappointing service and no respect for customer satisfaction. I would NOT recommend them to anyone. I spoke with someone plus, got an online quote & when they came to the house they raised the fees and actually did NOT do all the areas they said they would. They're NOT to be trusted; they do NOT keep their words.

royal capet cleaning has cheated us....they came to do do our capet cleaning and sofa job was not done properly....when i tried to call them they said do want ever u want to do..they have no office ...all i have their no 905-595-0912...dont do business with them

We had the pleasure of doing business with Rafi. He was able to accommodate us at the last minute. Did a great job cleaning and deodorizing the carpet in our new apartment. He has a terrific personality. We would gladly contact him again, and recommend him to anyone.
