It is rare to receive excellence in customer service these days, and even rarer for me to want to share my experience with others. But my recent experience with the northside location of Cal-Alta Auto Glass was such that others may want to take note.

A few weeks ago, I went to Cal-Alta on a Saturday just to get a quote for a windshield replacement. As I knew that they were very busy, all I expected was a quote and a possible appointment for a later time. Not only did they offer me a very reasonable rate for a replacement, next thing I knew they managed to squeeze me in right then and there and about 45 minutes later, I was driving away with a high quality, professionally installed windshield.

Before I left the store already very satisfied, I had them take a look at a side view mirror issue that I had. I couldn't believe it when they said that they could take care of that problem too, saving me hundreds of dollars from taking the car in to the dealer for service. A came back a couple of weeks later to perform this additional service at very attractive price and I was out the door 15 minutes later.

There is no question in my mind that Cal-Alto deserves another Consumer's Choice Award if they treat all their customers the way that they treated me. I am an extremely satisfied customer and would not hesitate to recommend them to others. Cal-Alta prides itself on being a family run business. I can see why.
