The gym has mostly old equipment except for the cardio section; the weight section is something out of the 80's. There is only one drinking water fountain, the other one has been out of service for a long time now. I take some cardio classes with different teachers and they all have THE SAME MUSIC! Are they afraid of change? How about spicing it up a little by giving some variety! There is plenty of workout music out there, download it from I-tunes or something. I'm getting very bored of it. The so-called trainers are mediocre as they only guide you on how to use the machines, anyone that has been at the gym for a while can do that. Last but not least, the front desk receptionists is a bit of a rude teens, starkly comments with a smile. I think it’s time for Spa Lady to upgrade equipment, change your music, and teach your employees about good customer service. Oh, and get some real trainers!
