I got the pacemaster and i cant get any service on it
what gives?

Been in twice looking for specific items like a stopwatch and they not only don't have them but can't even imagine where I might find something so off the wall. huh?

I would just like to start by saying that I have been looking around for a while now for some fitness equipment and I have to say that by far Fitness Depot is the company that gave me the worst experience. I felt that they were very pushy cause they are commision based. When I went in stating that I was looking for information on treadmill they were trying to push me into a precor system. The most expensive I might add and made me feel like if I bought anything below what they had recommened that I was making a stupid decision. I would recommened to anyone to look elsewhere for equpiment.

If you are looking for good service and a company that stands behind their product don't even bother entering this business. We bought a brand new Precor elliptical trainer from them and it has not worked since it arrived at our house on December 27th. It is now January 18th and when we contacted them today regarding our dissatisfaction with them, they said that it was not their problem and it was a service issue. Since it hasn't worked since we got it I would expect a business that sold a product would stand behind their merchandise. Needless to say we now have a 2000 dollar dust collector sitting in our house that is absolutely useless. If you are thinking about buying from this store think again. It is more trouble then it's worth.

The Fitness Depot is a good store, however, the Diamondback Ellipticals are not so good. You pay for the name and the product is not good. They break all the time, so get the WARRANTY! There is one that you get for five years, take it, use it, then sell it!!
