I had hoped to buy a new microwave tray today, at the location inside Trail Appliances south. Instead, I walked out after experiencing the rudest customer service ever. I ddin't have the make and model number, but rather than explaining civily what was required, I was scolded by their salesperson, who then walked away, muttering "I don't have time for this."
