"I returned broken glass pieces to the store at the start of Sept/11 and the girl told me that it would take 2-3 weeks for them to arrived. It has now been two months. She is now telling me it's going to be another 10 days for they did not place the order until the middle of Oct/11. She than went on to say that she did not submit the order until 2..."

"Though there is a large selection, customer service at the Crowchild location has been terrible the four or five times I've visited. Management claims it's because they are understaffed, but I find this a poor excuse for the lack of basic courtesy (such as making eye contact, saying hello, thank you, etc.).
