Went to this place 3 times for parts for my hot tub, 3 times the customer service was terrible, they had no interest in helping me or even seeing if they had a part, the 4th time my fiancee went for a heating eliment and they told us NO every tub uses a different heater. I have a standard balboa pass thru heater. I called another local sullied and they laughed and said they stocked hundreds!! I have no use for Cambridge pool supplies, I am a customer wanting to purchase a product. If they don't want to sell then they should close there doors...
