"i brought two prints in to be matted and gave clear instructions on the size of the windows to be cut. i thought the quote was a little high, but expected high quality product and work. i picked up the finished mats and brought them home and when i checked them i couldn't believe it - i'd paid 60$ for two flimsy mats that had not been cut..."
