"Recieved a call from this dental hygenist stating I had to come in & provide a signature to process the insurance claim (they could not process it electronically...??) So I said I dont have a problem with that but why have you waited 2 months from my appointment to process the claim?? I then explained they have less then 90 days to process it because as..."
