They were quick to repond when I called and were on time for there appointment. I had two guys one was in trainng. I was current in the renovation at the house and I called them to clean the ducts do to low air flows throught the house. There were quick to setup and friendly to answer all the question. I also had them clean my chimmy as I am capping off to put a electric in the fireplace. As for the chimmy I didn't thing they did much put considering this is the first time seeing it done. Overall they did a good job and I have better air flow through out the home.
