"I Wanted to get a few caramel highlights in the front of my hair.. My hair was dark brown... 3 hours later my root was black and my few highlights were almost a full highlight.. Instead of caramel they were orange. After leaving the salon with wet hair, no cut or blow-dry it cost me 170.00!! I called and complained they said it would get fixed right..."
