"Too many injuries with this program. Trainers are not certified and don't teach proper form leading to many members (even those in the best shape) getting seriously hurt. I did the program for 6 weeks, and saw 6 people not return because of injury. I did not go back after that. Be careful if you attempt to do this program. "
