"These guys seem to know their appliances and have a wide selection, but the service is incomprehensibly poor. Our experience over several calls in the past year is that their repair techs are booked up for at least a week, perhaps two. Once they arrive they discover that you need a part that seems invariably to take 2 weeks to order. You must then wait..."
