"$1000 a month for an apartment in which you hear every footstep and syllable of the people above. After first year rent went up to $1038. You better hope it doesn't snow because the extremely noisy snow plow with beeper and flashing lights comes and wakes you up at 1 am - 3 am and 5 am. They use various excuses ( vent cleaning being just one )..."

As a result no one seems to know what they are supposed to do and things aren't getting done. " I have NOTHING good to say about the people that are currently running these buildings. The buildings are falling down. They do not want to fix anything. They are very quick to collect the rent, but otherwise you never EVER hear from them if you need to talk to them. There is black mold in the rooms behind the laundry rooms and the wiring is faulty...."
