"I dealt with a mortgage broker out of this bank. The fact that the bank kept him on tells me a lot about their service standards. He would show up late, stinky, dirty, was slow, didn't return calls, and when closing day came he sent THE WRONG paperwork to my lawyer, almost causing a 4 house deal to fall through.
