"This will be your worst mistake. Water in basement, Free Basement only to cover up the the mistakes. Do not fall for the sales pitch. Make sure to fill out Tarion Paperwork. We thought they were going to repair the poor quality but with no Tarion paperwork they left us high and dry. Check out infractions on Tarion."
