"We order from Swiss Chalet all the time. Our regular store was closed and tried to get delivery from another store 6 km away. They said they couldn't change the store for delivery. What crap is that. Are they not trying to get business instead of driving it away. I'm done with a business that doesn't think the customer is important."

"Have gone there twice in last few months. We had to wipe down our table ourself and wait 10 mins just for someone to come to our table. Very very slow service. No drink refills. Will not go back. "
