"The owner of this place is hardly professional. She is rude to her staff, yells at and slaps her dogs. She has dogs in her kennel with open sores, but she says they are just "burrs". I know what a burr is and what an open sore is, and this was not a burr!! The first dog that we picked out, the day before we were to pick it up..."
