"They do not even answer the calls. After 2 months I realized that the insurance company had not received the claim. I called the clinic but they put me on hold and never returned. I dialed again and again but they just picked up the phone and hanged up right away. This was the rudest reaction I have ever seen in Canada."

"i went to the clinic on westmount and victoria at around 10:45 am. The doctor took me in within half an hour, even though the office seemed fairly full, people were able to be looked at rather quickly. the doctor was amazing and professional and made me feel very comfortable. AMAZING service by him. however, i later had to CALL the clinic with inquiries,..."
