"My mother has lived in the retirement lodge here for 6 months, and we are extremely dissatisfied. The staff regularly berate her and other residents. They gave her a dining chair that was flimsy, and when it collapsed during a meal they mocked her for her weight and refused to call for help until my mom pushed her LifeSign button and triggered the call in..."
