"I lived in this apartment for a year and it was a horrible experience. Please do not rent from this apartment. This entire building is INFESTED with ants. I had so many issues with ants in my apartment. They had to fumigate the entire building numerous times but the ants always came back. They got into my food and were crawling all over the kitchen..."

"Very clean and friendly building. Some of the units have been renovated but even the older units are spacious and they are expected to continually renovate the building. Just recently the owners did the exterior in stucco plus new glass balcony railings. The roof is being re-done in late January plus the lobby is being re-done since it is out-dated."
