"Bought some cupcakes for my birthday party and the girl there was not very helpful, did not want to take my order, had the nerves to charge me $3 for "customs cupcakes" when I was told they would not do any fondant designs, so I was basically paying for a boxed baked cupcake with whipped cream icing. Not very impressed, since they got my order..."
