"First of all, I like Len's Mill store and have visited it everytime I am in Cambridge, over the past 20 years. It was the treatment that I received on Sat. Feb.15, 2009 that almost had me walking out. I approached the counter and proceeded to unload my cart of 5 bolts of material. I was told in a rather loud voice "Do not put that stuff on the..."
