I ordered my Elliptical E35 last Friday at noon (Dec 18, 2009) and they called me this morning at 9am for delivery (Dec 21st, 2009)...I just COULDN'T BELIEVE IT!!! Not even a day and my order was ready for delivery!
I live in Gatineau, Qc and ordered at Markam, Ontario. Not really far but still, pretty amazing.
The phone cummunications I had to do with them to get information about the product etc was also very easy and really friendly and helpfull. I totally recommand them for customer service and delivery.
