I had a repairman take my microwave to get repaired at your service dept.and was told I would get it back in a week. It is now week 3 going on week 4 and still no microwave or not even the courtesy of a phone call explaining the delay .I called in last week to explain my situation and was told I would get a call back that day,never got the call.I called again 1 week later, waited for approx 16 minutes before someone finally answered. I explained my situation only to be put on hold for another 15 minutes and then finally got cut off by someone.
I work in a service related environment as well and this type of customer service would never be tolerated. Needless to say I think your customer service and service departments needs more fixing up than my microwave
