Most of our windows were replaced in the late 90s with Farley double hung windows. The windows flip in for washing but most of the latches that hold the window in place have broken off so when the window is open it easily falls in. This has been dangerous as a couple of them have fallen on our children. Luckily no major injuries. Out of 10 windows the latches have broken on 8 of them. I have contacted Farley and they have no replacement clips available. I expected more than 10-15 years out of these windows and I am not in a financial position to replace them again at this time. I am very dissappointed in the company.

Purchased Farley Windows in the fall of 2010. Very sorry that I did not do proper research. These windows leak during the rain and ice up during the winter I have been designing for some fourty years and I would compare the so called top of the line sliders promoted as a far superior window to the Jen Weld line are no better than the pearson sashless slider used fourty years ago .Shame on you Farley , as you are well aware of the inferior product you are promoting.

I bought Farley windows in the past to replace a few windows and recently, I completed the replacement of all my home windows with the Farley product and I am very satisfied. These are great windows for a good price. They are beautiful and they made a big difference in both our heating and cooling costs. I definitely recommend this product!

My dad has been installing windows for 25 years now. Installing is 80% of it. Also if your leaving your window open for years and years, it will eventually sag. Pay for a good installer and you will get a quality window from Farley

After researching other brands, I have decided on Farley. I have been a builder, and know materials. These have the right materials, and designs. The critical part of any window is installation, and these windows have proper support tabs, and flanges for a good tight fit. Low E windows are a standard now, and these have a high rating. I highly recommend Farley windows!!

We have a big, old house (85 yrs old). We have been replacing the original windows a few at a time with Farley inserts into the original frames. I am a do-it-yourselfer and the job is easy. We noticed an immediate improvement in drafts and cold radiating from the windows, in fact, no drafts at all anymore. And we live in Winnipeg!!

Some of the windows have been in place now for nearly ten years and we had no problems whatsoever. In fact, I just ordered four more yesterday! Love 'em.

After 11 years and still going strong. Need to repalce the felt seals for energy audit but if not for audit would barely have known there was super minor draft issues

This morning we had a visit from a Farley Windows Company representative. For the last several months we have had a problem with one of four windows we bought from them (via Home Depot). The window doesn't close properly. The guy who installed them came to our house last week and seemed to think we don't know how to close a window, so after we received no satisfaction from him, we asked to see a rep from the company. Someone showed up this morning, and again proceeded to explain how to close a window. Ridiculous. The problem is that over time the windows become out of alignment, so you have to push in or pull out or in some way change the way you close the window in order for it to close. This guy told us that EVERY client he has experiences the same problem with this type of window. He replaced tilt latches and that appeared to fix the alignment problem, but then the latches didn't close properly. He didn't care; he said that's just the way it is.

Would not recommend them at all. On my one order of five windows they managed to screw up three times. One of those errors was sending one window with different framing then the other four. They were suppose to do a rush order to get it to me asap..the replacement window has taken longer to get here then the original order. This company is very unprofessional and I would not recommend them. Thank heavens Home Depot has helped out as much as they can and offered some credit..we would be in big trouble if we had to deal directly with them. I would go with someone else the next time. These guys stink!!

Replaced all my windows with Farley Windows. Couldn't asked for better.. Really satisfied with the quality and the price paid.
