"The hold time on the phone maybe 5 minutes (they're quite busy), but once you arrive at the clinic the wait time was less than 30 minutes. Very reasonable for a specialist clinic. Dr. Rajan was also very professional and friendly. I would go back."

"The clinic where Dr. J. Welchner works is awful. The receptionist is rude & ignorant. I had scheduled an annually physical well in advance. Therefore upon arriving, I should been seen. I waited for approx ½ hour and a female doctor show up. It took over 2 hours to have a complete physical bec. the female doctor kept on seeing patient in between and each..."
