we have been storing our stuff with this location for several months now..before we found this location we were shopping around until we found this perfect place thats close to our house and the manager/owner was so nice...we got stuff that we want to store but the sister of the owner wont allow us but bec. we emailed the owner before commiting and spoke to the asst. manager i think lisa is her name we were allowed to do so...so i suggest if u have items that ur not sure they will allow in their facilities just email the owner. she is very accomodating and nice...im very happy with this two ladies and we'll be staying with them for a long long time..ive been recommending this place since then....check out this place and you'll love it..

Excellent service to the community. Impressive.

The staff were wonderful and very accommodating. Always cheerful and efficient. The facility is well run, clean and well lit. Makes a difference when you can unload in a covered area when it is raining. All and all a very pleasant experience during the move which is stressing.

I been using there storage for over a year, my pay period changed so I called and asked them to change the payments a couple of days later. I was surprised the lady on the phone wanted to charge me for changing the pay period after all I been paying them a good amount of money. There storage facilities are great but service is all about $$$$$. Where is the loyalty aspect of it ???

1. Friendliest people ever, compared to any business. Warm, patient, knowledgeable, flexible.
2. Free cookies and coffee!
3. Spotless new storage facility with roll-up doors (ease of access). Automatic lighting (instead of timers). Temperature controlled (great for wood furniture).
4. SUPERIOR business ethics. I had to relinquish my unit earlier than expected and I DID get a complete refund.

I'll be back just to visit the ladies!

I shopped around for storage for a few days and I visited 4 in the Mississauga area. iStor was the 4rd on my list. I was very surprised at the difference in the level of service and quality of the storage itself as well as the ladies that work there. I had the pleasure of meeting the Manager Kelly and the Assistant Manager Leesa. Both were so amazing though the entire visit. They offered me a coffee before I got a tour of the units. I was thrilled at the cleanliness and level of security at iStor. It was an easy decision to rent there. I also paid up for 10 months and they gave me 2 months FREE!

I was going through a transition in my life, and I found myself in a situation that required storage. I rented a unit at iStor, and during which was a difficult time already, a stressful time in my life. With the assistance of the staff being helpful and courteous they made my transition alot less stressful. The facility was very clean and convient.
