Erinwood Sales are happy to sell you the vehicle and take payment but drag their feet and do not respond when there is an issue post sale. Would not buy here again.

Got a great price on a Ranger.Salesperson was good his boss? Not so much...'No break on the price,final offer,take it or leave it'not real positive.

Maybe he did'nt think a Ranger was worth his time.

Worst dealership in Mississauga for service.Had a rearend noise and was advised that it was transmission noise.
Ended up repalcing the rearend on my 03 Explorer at another dealer.

So to recap, I picked up the fully loaded 2011 Ford Edge Limited on 2011/03/15 THEY SAID THEY WOULD HAVE THE SEL DASHED INSTALLED BY THE END OF THE WEEK TO REMOVE THE WOOD GRAIN, I PAID $500.00 FOR THIS TO BE DONE AND STILL NO DASH OR CUSTOMER SERVICE TO HELP ME OUT.

HAVE YOU DRIVEN A FORD LATELY ??? I WISH I DIDN'T !!!

This was the first Ford I have ever bought and I think it will be the last.

This has been the worst experience I have ever dealt with….. and buying a new car should be a fun process.

At Erinwood Ford bought 2 new F150 Ford pickups within 3 months. One was a 2010 f150 XLT regular cab long box-- a very good truck with no problems at 8,800km. The other was a F150 XLT 4x4 crewcab which now has 2,152km.
Without visiting the showroom and from home some 425km in northern Ontario i was given the opportunity to buy both of these excellent trucks at fantastic prices. It took many phone calls from me and the salesman to ensure that i was to receive the correct vehicles that i wanted.
Got excellent assistance from everyone at Erinwood Ford. HAPPY

Got totally ripped off by the smarmy salesman- was promised all sorts of things that never panned out. They cashed my cheque and didn't follow through on issues the car was having- Don't trust these guys.
