Since you you did the sealing back in Oct. There hasn't been even a hint of water.

In the summer of 2009, after interviewing a few contractors, we hired GJMacRae to fix a major walkout / foundation problem on our 37 year old house in Bolton. One wall of our foundation had tilted inward, and had sustained substantial cracks.
Consequently, water was penetrating into our finished
basement. Needless to say, it was a very stressful time, and the worry and distress it caused us as a family was significant.

Just want to thank you and your crew for excellent work on the window well replacement and repair and waterproofing of the back wall of my house.

Jeff and his partner did a great job, they are excellent workers and i would trust them to come back if more work were needed. They are pleasant polite and work hard. When i asked questions, Jeff explained to me everything they were doing and i very much appreciated that little extra.
