horrible customer service. The owner refused to answer questions in an honest manner. kept trying to coerce into buying his preferred shades. then finally when i asked to show the measurements he had taken, he flared up in anger and refused to produce them.

I have never before experienced rudeness like this in my life. The person at the store was not interested in assisting me or answering any of my questions. He kept going back to his computer to play games and was so irritated and outright rude when I asked him any questions. I would never go back or recommend this place to anyone because of this rude, lazy man!

I live in Lorne Park, Mississauga and for the past 10 years I have taken in the homeless from time to time. As you can perhaps appreciate this type of assistance certainly comes with a certain amount of problems and inherent danger. My worst fears were realized Dec 23/2010 when a mentally disturbed homeless person that I had taken in literally "trashed" the place while I was out. The damage was in the thousands of $. I was heartbroken to see the white California wooden shutters were smashed. I was told by one blind store the entire assembly would have to be replaced at a cost in excess of $4,000. Distraught, I made my way to Mississauga"s Mars Blinds and Shutters on New Year's Eve day, where I was assured by George that he would leave the shop and personally visit my home that very afternoon. He surveyed the damage and stated "they don't make these shutters anymore, but I am going to make them for you".....and that he did for a cost that was less than 10% of what I was faced with if they all had to be replaced. I was astonished at the incredible workmanship and excellent colour match.

I would recommend Mars Blinds and Shutters in a hearbeat.

Mars Blinds & Shutters were very easy to communicate with and prompt in answering my questions. Once the blinds were ordered the overall time to get the custom cut blinds was very good. Their pricing is very competitive and the blinds are of good quality. Would recommend to others!

Made an online purchase. Blind was not the color ordered. The Blind did not open, and there was damage to the valance. I was ingnored by phone and emails. I returned the blind, and they will not refund my money. DO not buy from them!
