"Service can be sometimes slow, lack of enthusiasm from crew. The crew changes a lot and isn't what it used to be a couple of years ago. Management can sometimes be cruel as well. I was denied access to the bathroom before purchasing anything. I have seen this even happen to a pregnant woman."

"I frequent this Van Houtte for my morning coffee and for lunch. The only drawback is that they don't offer debit, so I always make sure I have enough cash. Try their bagel with lox and cream cheese... they use St-Viateur bagels! I always get good service and a smile."
